Find of the Week - Riced Broccoli

If you have kids like mine who only like to eat the florets, riced broccoli is the best solution! You can use the food processor to make your own riced broccoli or you can find it at Trader Joe's. I like to cook it with pancetta and topped with an egg. It's like fried rice but gluten free! So good…you must try!
